University education sociology and comprehensive quality (Study of social and cultural obstacles in the comprehensive quality system)

Abstract

       This research attempts to identify the possibility of applying total quality to the outputs of university education , which is represented in  the faculty members and students at the university of Qadisiyah , And knowing the most important obstacles that stand in the way of achieving the total quality system , The results of the study are trying to find out the reasons that lead to the failure of educational institutions in the application of total quality , In addition, to identify most important social and cultural obstacles that prevent the application of total quality, On the other hand , the knowledge of the reasons for the departure of Iraqi university of Qadisiyah from global classifications, The study also found that there is a set of crises suffered by Iraqi university , which is the performance crisis and the crisis of scientific research .
