Abstract

Beekeeping projects are one of the most important agricultural projects in the province of Qadisiyah as an important pillar of national income through high prices for the outputs of this activity and the reason is due to the nutritional and medical value contained in bee products (honey, wax, propolis, royal food, pollen) and based on Therefore, the study of the problems experienced by apiaries in Al-Qadisiyah governorate and the strategies for treating them took the attention of the researcher because it is a scientific problem related to the place and aims to reveal the most important obstacles to this activity and the possibility of developing strategies to develop its reality. In the province of Qadisiyah In this research, two things were included, the first dealt with strategies that relate to natural factors, while the second came up with strategies to address the human problems that honey bees suffer from in the study area. Natural conditions such as high and low temperatures, humidity, winds, dust storms, the problem of water resources and the lack of vegetation cover. As for human problems, they are represented by agricultural policies, agricultural extension, bee feeding, bee harbor systems, transportation methods, women's participation in beekeeping, and marketing problems.
