Abstract

The research sheds light on the Epistemological assessment of the outputs of geographic information systems programs as a tool in the climate analysis of the phenomenon of dust storms in Iraq, through a critical evaluation of the knowledge and scientific feasibility of the deductive climate maps, with a view to identifying their Epistemological components and constraints as a tool for the interpretation of the natural phenomenon in its holistic sense, with the aim of making climate analysis of storms Dirt-based deductive maps are consistent with the basic requirements of Cartesian knowledge theory.

The research has concluded several results that can be summarized as follows:

1- Epistemological assessment of the inputs of the GIS programs requires an explanation of the phenomenon of dust storms - defining the initial issue according to the Cartesian method by adopting the criterion of non-discrepancy ratio between the elements of the primary issues based on the relationship testing mechanism on the mechanism of matching those relationships with the different dimensions of the dust and spatial dust phenomenon varying in terms of stability And change.

2- It is necessary to evaluate the results of the GIS programs in their interpretation of the laws governing dust storms in Iraq. These laws do not contradict the foundations of the theories explaining the natural phenomenon represented (deterministic theory, complexity theory, entropy theory, nonlinear chaos theory).

3- GIS programs cannot be adopted as a tool to derive inferential maps to explain dust storms in Iraq without subjecting the program inputs and outputs to evaluation according to specific statistical standards.

4- The research revealed the heterogeneity in the inconsistency ratios of the relationships among the initial issues explained for the dust storms in Iraq in terms of the heterogeneity in the amounts of standard deviations of the inconsistencies in the different spatial and temporal dimensions in terms of stability and change, as the relationship between (wind speed - evaporation) topped Within a primary issue, the rest of the relationships are among other primary issues, with a standard deviation of (0.21), while the minimum standard deviation for the primary issue (dust storms - evaporation) is with a standard deviation of (0.10).

5- The relationship between (wind speed - evaporation) can be adopted as inputs to GIS programs in the interpretation of dust storms in Iraq and its prediction in terms of the relative height of the non-contradiction ratio, as it reached (0.57) according to the Cartesian approach to the theory of knowledge.
