هجرة الشباب واثرها في استدامة التنمية
Abstract
Youth migration is a complex and multidimensional societal phenomenon, including the migration of skills and competencies that represent one of the most important components of development in the short and long term. It includes a migration of skills and competencies that represent one of the most important elements of development in the short and long term, because young people are the makers of development and that development was prepared for them because of their characteristics that are subject to change, formation and replacement
It is imperative to pay attention to this segment by strengthening their sense of responsibility towards their society by increasing their awareness of society’s issues and their role in its rise and progress as a creative and renewable energy. As for the sample of the research, it included the professors of Baghdad University for colleges (education for girls, political science, media, arts, and engineering) and the number of 50 respondents.
