التحليل المكاني للمحميات الطبيعية الواعدة في بادية محافظة المثنى
Abstract
تقام المحميات الطبيعية بهدف الحفاظ على المعالم الرئيسية التي تعتمد عليها حالة البيئة وسلامتها وقدرتها على العطاء وهي تساهم بشكل كبير في الاستقرار البيئي من خلال المحافظة على العمليات الأيكولوجية التي لها علاقة باستمرار الحياة وبقاء الانسان كما تحافظ على التنوع الحيوي والمصادر الوراثية والانواع النادرة التي تأثرت سلبياً في بادية المثنى بسبب عوامل طبيعية وعوامل بشرية منها فترات الجفاف وتدهور الموارد الارضية والرعي والصيد الجائر وخاصة بعد تعرض العراق خلال العقود الماضية لحروب وحصار اقتصادي زادت من الاعتماد على الموارد الطبيعية بشكل كبير وخاصة في منطقة الدراسة التي كانت مواقع لمعسكرات الجيش العراقي في حرب الخليج الثانية والثالثة وما أعقبها من تغيرات بيئية ، الأمر الذي ساهم في تدهور وندرة الحياة الفطرية فضلاً عن ذلك غياب السياسات والخطط الوطنية المهتمة بتأسيس المحميات الطبيعية وضعف الوعي العام لقضايا المحميات الطبيعية في العراق ومنطقة الدراسة ، وهذا يستلزم انشاء محميات طبيعية واعدة في بادية المثنى تناولها البحث بثلاث محاور المبحث الأول تطرق الى نشأت وتصنيف واهمية المحميات الطبيعية بينما تطرق المبحث الثاني الى المعايير العراقية والمعايير العالمية لأنشاء المحميات الطبيعية ومدى مطابقة المواقع الطبيعية المقترحة لتلك المعايير والأسس أما المبحث الاخير الذي تم فيه توزيع مناطق المحميات الطبيعية الواعدة الى ثمانية مواقع منها موقعين مائيين طبيعيين وست مواقع برية مع الاشارة الى نسبة حجم التهديدات التي يتعرض لها التنوع الحيوي في كل موقع طبيعي مقترح في بادية المثنى ، الأمر الذي يتطلب الاسراع في إنشاء محميات طبيعية في تلك المواقع الطبيعية التي تعد من الامكانات الطبيعية لمنطقة الدراسة ومن الممكن أنْ تّحول الى مراكز مهمة لحماية التنوع الحيوي وبيئة لجذب السياحة البيئية المحلية والاقليمية وفق دراسات وبحوث تهتم بالحياة الفطرية في مواقعها الاصلية وتحول تلك المواقع الطبيعية الى مواقع ذات أهمية تنموية إقتصادية بيئية تعزز الاقتصاد المحلي والوطني.
