The reality of vocational education services and their efficiency in Al-Muthanna Governorate
Abstract
The study aims to identify the efficiency of the vocational education service in Al-Muthanna Governorate, through what vocational education institutions provide in terms of vocational institutes and preparations, since vocational education forms the basis for the contemporary educational movement, and through it the contemporary society can develop its human resources in line with its demands and needs in the form of programs Intensive workforce planning, and the research concluded that there is no deficit in the planning standards of vocational schools in the governorate due to the lack of demand for vocational education for many reasons, and this in itself is a problem facing the governorate in particular and Iraq in general, since the outputs of vocational education represent the mediating cadres that The wheel of economic development in all its joints and sectors is based on it.
